I called every powder coating place in Spokane and Novation was the most reasonably priced as well as was super quick to give me a quote, where places like Spokane powder coating wouldn’t even return my calls! The customer service I received was also great! Dan was very communicative and the guys working the drop off and pick up area were so nice and helpful! Thank you all so much! New parrot cages are crazy spendy so this helped me out a lot! Highly recommend them and also recommend the color/texture I got as it’s basically exactly what comes on the bird cages normally!"

"Brought in some jdm wheel faces to get finished in gloss white. The gentleman suggested powder coat at drop off. The first time out of powder coat there was some flaws in the final product that i noticed at pickup. I sent them back and had them redone, and the gentleman in charge called me and told me they still didnt come out well. He offered to refund the job or switch to a wet paint (what i initially wanted anyway). I agreed to try the paint optin and we finally had success on the 3rd try. I'm sure by taking 3 tries they forwent making a profit on this job but they stood behind it and put in the effort to make the job right. This right here is how you earn repeat business."
