Novation's paint and powder coat facility has twenty years of experience in applying all varieties of commercial and military paints and primers. Novation has extensive experience in shooting both water and solvent based material on metal plastic and composite substraits.
For over fifteen years, our powder coat facility has been efficient in running small and high production runs. Our five stage dip process cleaning has proven effective on many parts where spray wash lines are not.

"Brought in some jdm wheel faces to get finished in gloss white. The gentleman suggested powder coat at drop off. The first time out of powder coat there was some flaws in the final product that i noticed at pickup. I sent them back and had them redone, and the gentleman in charge called me and told me they still didnt come out well. He offered to refund the job or switch to a wet paint (what i initially wanted anyway). I agreed to try the paint optin and we finally had success on the 3rd try. I'm sure by taking 3 tries they forwent making a profit on this job but they stood behind it and put in the effort to make the job right. This right here is how you earn repeat business."
