Major aircraft manufacturers, such as Boeing, require Boric Sulfuric instead of chromic acid anodize for many types of tight-tolerance or precision airplane components. We can meet the standard for MIL-A-8625 type IC anodizing.

At Novation, our Boric Sulfuric Anodize process is fully certified to Nadcap, ITAR, and Boeing specifications. Non-hexavalent chrome coatings can also meet RoHS compliance standards depending on the Seal process that is called out.
